Joe in the service department kept me informed every step of the way. My car is OLD and had an odd electrical issue. The team at VW Camelback worked hard to solve the issue got me back on the road in a few days. Also, I was surprised to receive a booklet that contained every issue present with the car and recommendations. This was better than the car's manual. I truly appreciate it as I am a student and purchased a beater car just to get around Phoenix while I am here.
