Traded in my Mazda for a Mazda I have a tight schedule with work, family, and being a student. Camelback Mazda worked with me and made sure to have a vehicle ready for me to test drive so that I could come in, test drive, and be on my way. No pressure. When I came in to sign the paperwork, it was ready and waiting and I was walking out with my keys in an hour. As a woman shopping for a car alone, I was on edge. Trey and Tom were awesome I moved from South Florida to Phoenix, Arizona and Trey and Tom provided excellent customer service. Trey even drove my mom and myself to Target to get groceries (had just moved here!) when the vehicle I purchased was not ready yet. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Tom has done a stellar job at following up on my overall Subaru experience and was thorough in explaining how the Subaru functions. My first car purchase I purchased my very first vehicle from Thomas at Mazda Camelback. I found what I wanted online, called and it was in stock. When I arrived, Thomas had it pulled up front with my name written on it ready for the test drive. The price was as advertised online and they worked late with me to get the deal done. He even bought my daughter and I dinner because it was so late. I would recommend Thomas and Camelback Mazda to anyone.
