The right thing to do is to make it right with the customer to keep their business. I typically own Honda and Toyota vehicles because they are reliable and have good value. During a weak moment I decided to give Subaru a try. Huge regrets based on this experience. Back to the more customer-centric Honda and Toyota products.

Kaden is a very pushy and hounding salesman. He's the reason I wouldn't even consider going in to check out the car I inquired about. Calls, texts, emails... He wouldn't stop. I bought a car from another dealer, and he STILL wouldn't leave me alone. Ended up blocking his texts and emails. You don't gain customers by annoying the crap out of them.
