My experience was good, but I was told I have an oil leak and that they would send me pictures. I did not receive the pictures or proof that there was an actual leak.
Great service for a software recall
Deshon was a great customer service associate from start to finish. Had my car in and out as promised. He also let me know the follow up service my car could use in the near future.

They were attentive, courteous, and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Waiting room is great....coffee, tea and some snacks. This is the only Subabru store/dealership/shop I'll go to anymore because they care here.
