I went for my first service which was free. However my battery had issues, this was not included in the free service but they took care of it anyway. Amazing experience!

Long talk with the service manager about their database of customers. I bought 2 cars from them over the past 30 years yet when I call I get treated like a total stranger and couldn't get information about all the money I spent to have extended service for 5 years on my 2021 Jetta.
