Dealer overpriced maintenance
Service has always been excellent. Service Rep Rebecca has always been on top of things.
Service was attentive, and the issue was taken care of. What I didn't appreciate it was the lack of communication, of how long it was going to take to fix the issue. Until I called to find out how long it would take. Then, when mentioned, when I picked up my car, all the service guys, and the one helping me, could've cared less. Terrible customer service.
