The staff are very knowledgeable and was able to schedule us immediately. Free tire repair is also a plus. Love my Subaru in Scottsdale,AZ!

It was fine. The only problem was that I couldn't start my car 2 days in a row. I called AAA both times, and both their tests and the tests at VW turned out "normal," but after my VW visit I called AAA and the battery failed the "amp" reading which was almost zero. I went back and told VW maintenance, and he claimed they did check the amps. Because it also passed two AAA readings, I don't think of it as VW's fault, so I plan to return in the future. So my new battery was free after all, under the warranty.

Very much appreciated Chloe, service person, who updated me on status of my car throughout the time my car was in service. Thank you, Chloe! Need more women like her in this field. Women communicate better then men regarding car issues. Dislike: Other times I've been there, men who I dealt with, I felt talked down to. Reason for only 4 stars, which is still very high. Next time I need my car service, I'd like Chloe, if she's still there. Or another woman like her.

The service was great; Randy Ott and the team did the oil change, part of the 60,000 mile service, and they did the wheel alignment since I had gotten new tires since my last service. Everyone was friendly and the service was completed promptly while I was waiting at the Service Facility.
