They were so fast and finished my vehicle, including the clear paint protection, before the time they had told me. I always wait for it and read, the waiting room is comfortable, everyone is friendly, and everything is clean. When they are finished, my Crosstrek looks new again, they provide thorough records on what work was done, plus results, and do not try to convince me that more work is needed. I'm very happy with every service appointment I have had with the dealership.

The experience of purchasing a (new/used) vehicle from Camelback VW Subaru was very pleasant. I did not feel pressured or played. Todd Mitteness was our initial contact and did a great job in getting our vehicle ready for pick-up. Kazuki (KZ) Hotta was *awesome* in prepping the vehicle and in his incredibly thorough check-out with us of its many features. Buying any car can be a painful experience, but I honestly have to say that Camelback VW Subaru made me feel like a valued customer. 5 stars
