The department service manager was very helpful at helping understand used VW Jetta's. The used car dealer was very knowledgeable about how I wanted to purchase a used vehicle. I've had nothing but good experiences at Camelback VW.
I always prefer to take my car to Camelback VW - I don't have to worry about them suggesting unnecessary service or repairs. They are efficient and always get me taken care of quickly.
The work was done a lot faster than anticipated.
I got to the appointment early but they promptly took it back and completed the service.

The service I received during my last visit was good. However, the fact that AAA couldn't change my tire at midnight after I had a flat on the 202 because the shop forgot to place the rim lock keys back into my car after it was serviced in August was disappointing. The AAA service person and I looked thru my entire car trying to find the set. My car had to get towed to the shop because the flat tire couldn't be removed and replaced on site.
