Nothing against the dealership itself as I thought they were fine. My issue is with VW corporate being backlogged on parts with no idea of when the parts will come in. Mind you this is a newer car that they are still building. Seems like it is a current theme with VW of America.

Car interior was dirty after service, and it is light, so they either didn't notice or care, both are problematic. If you dark interior, wipe your seats and console down before you get in (especially with light colored clothing).
