My service advisor Autumn was nothing short of amazing. I had to visit twice for two issues within a week and both times she made sure I could be seen promptly. She treated me like a Maybach customer and Blake the mechanic took his time and came out and looked at my car and spent time with me on the problem. Ive used dealership services many times over many cars and years. By far this has been the best experience and I feel like Im part of the family. Thats a rare jewel to offer a customer.

As always, service was prompt, exactly as requested and completed quickly, ahead of schedule. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, although their hot chocolate dispenser wasnt working. Everything else was available, restrooms were also clean and accessible. Its always a pleasant experience being there, and, since I always wait for my vehicle, I appreciate that.
