I went back many times to look at a Tao, GTI, then a Jetta. All of the staff were extremely accomodating and made me feel like they cared about my buying experience. They worked hard to find the right car and provided great service without alot of pressure.

service was for ZAK and to address something noticed after the purchase of my 2021 Tiguan, rear drivers side had a blemish that i have been trying to address over years and still no contact from them on this, because they were awaiting a call from there paint department to schedule appointment on this. I had to correct it my self and out source the time in effort to correct it.
