I recently purchased a Rav4 and Jens, Samantha and Bryan made the entire experience less difficult and frightening. Samantha went above and beyond in explaining the entire process and explaining how the vehicle operates. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was so kind. I could go on and on about the wonderful experience at Camelback Toyota! This will be a long-term relationship!
Initially, when I got there, I was very unhappy as I had a scheduled appointment with Conor and he left to go somewhere without communicating with me (although we had been texting back and forth) I almost walked out, because I found this very rude and inconsiderate of my time However, Paloma quickly came to offer her assistance and was amazing! She was very professional and took her time to make sure she knew what I wanted and needed. Thank you, Paloma.. Because of Paloma, Camelback Toyota will continue to get my business.
