Cesar did an excellent job of servicing my Tacoma! I had a concern regarding one of my warranties and he was thorough and knowledgeable!
Service was done in a timely manner. I understand this dealer does not do courtesy washes on vehicles, but it would be an added touch to offer the service to those who prefer a clean car. Just a recommendation.

There was an extra hour and a half wait due to dealer computer crash and it took way too long to get our Camry diagnosed ... this was after our service rep told me on the phone to bring our car in at that time because there were plenty of open slots! We spent 6 hours there ... our basic car need was fixed but it took too long and we had to revise the bill because our rep didnt make sure a promised discount was applied ... honestly felt a bit taken advantage of at that point ... so overall was not impressed!
I want to thanks to Damian Holloway, my service advisor! He is very attentive snd professional! My car was treated great and I really enjoy driving and feel how powerful my Toyota Highlander! Thanks a lot!

As a former Mercedes and Lexus owner I can say there is a BIG difference in the way you're treated at a Toyota dealership. However, Damian Holloway makes the experience pleasant as it could be. He is a keeper!
