Mauro always goes above and beyond excellence customer service. If I have any issues he gets me an appointment or an answer.
No problems everything went good, except the car I purchased was not cleaned well on the inside and not vacuumed very well at all!

I came in for an oil change so I don't know much about the dealership. I do know that the fine print on your coupons should be bigger!
The work was done fine. It is a large facility with lots of customers coming in at the same time so it feels impersonal. There was a question about cleanliness of my just washed vehicle and whether to apply coating over bugs that had hit during my drive to the dealership. I thought they were going to remove those bugs prior to coating. But they did not.

I was reached out to in an angry way because I gave an average review. Basically told I would not be getting good service in the future because I didn’t think this was 5star service. It is not my fault that this company views anything other than 5 as failing.
it was nice the people were helpful. both times I went it was a smooth process.
