This was a good car buying experience. I felt like the salesman tried to help me as he could. I purchased a used Camry and took delivery of it at night. I was told it had been detailed…. I could feel the grime on the steering wheel but it was dark so I couldn’t see anything. When I got home I could easily see this car hadn’t been cleaned at all in probably years. Uriel was very kind, patient, informational and professional. The issue was cruise control not working and I toured out that was due to having the gear shifter on “B” instead of “D” Thank you!

Ryan is always friendly and excited to help. Also honest and tells me what I need and don’t need. Great experience overall. Only negative thing I can think of is that I wish they had a quicker response when you initially get there, instead of waiting a few minutes for someone to come out and take the car. Will be going back for future services for sure though!

Lane is the best service advisor I ever had! She keeps you informed and is so pleasant to work with! I live in Tucson but I bought my Tacoma at Camelback Toyota and will only go there for my service!
