The dealership service advisors and staff are always prepared to open on time and check all customers in timely. The advisors are always very professional yet kind and sensitive to customer needs and concerns. They don’t always enforce repairs and offer solutions. In the 20 years that I’ve used Camelback Toyota for vehicle purchase and service, I’ve always had a positive experience.

The ability to see how the work is progressing is nice. I’m not a big fan of the estimate as it still includes unauthorized work that may have been suggested but was not approved. It’s a scary figure to see!!
