Very comfortable and professional. I had no pressure to communicate with them. Everything just on point.
Michael French is my service advisor. He has never pressured me to get any extra service than what I went for. I appreciate it when he does. I am a 71 year old female who is wanting to retire in the next year so I want my car to be in good shape when I retire. I think this visit was the 1st time, if I remember correctly, that I just had an oil change. I would recommend Michael and Camelback Toyota to friends and family.

Adam was very helpful and did a great job answering our questions. The length of time it took to complete the service (7hrs), was a bit of an inconvenience and was not what we are used to from Camelback Toyota's service department.
