Great people, very professional, very efficient, good deal. I did not look at any other dealerships. Very satisfied. Mohamed Nour the sales person was knowledgable and a very nice guy. Bob Horchler in the business office was pleasent, very efficient and got me in and out quickly. As this is important to me, Bob was responcive to my needs.
I went to Camelback Toyota and met Michael Ricci as I got out of my car. He was a great sales person! I was preapproved for a loan for a 2008 Honda Element. I signed the papers and went and picked up the car the next day. After I had the car for a week, the finance director told me he could not get me a bank to buy the loan. I was somewhat upset and had to coordinate how to bring the car back. When talking to the finance director we found a bank willing to loan up to a certain amount (less than the Element). Keith very easy to work with, process was fairly easy and quick. The overall experience was great. The dealership does not work on the prices much, or give you the little added benefits, as I have found with other dealerships. I have bought 2 cars so far from them. Would recommend them if you want to negotiate a lot.
Went to dealership was greeted with respect definately found the vehicle i wanted drove it and was satisfied one bad thing, i wasnt told the condition of the body, went thru the whole process i asked questions to the finance guy he didnt give any good answers was told the car was being fueled i thought i was going to get a full tank but didnt which wasnt too bad then as i drove it home i noticed that the brakes squeal which i wasnt informed about i do suggest that the route they allow customers to take for a test drive is ta... read more
Jose gives every effort to give a fair and efficient attempt at service and makes a real good effort to help the customer in servicing the car. I also had good service in purchasing a Prius in October 2009 and this car has matched or bettered our expectations.
My experience was great! Everyone was helpful and friendly, especially Michael Ricci, the salesman. I got a good price and if I had anything negative to say it would be that they were a little pushy with the extended warranty stuff, but not overly so. I would definately go there again and recommend them.
I was on the market for a new vehicle, and narrowed my search to the following - Nissan, Honda, Mazda and Toyota. All 4 offered great cars, but my experience with Toyota was different. As time can be critical for me even though I am retired, Mr. DelaCruz works with me for scheduling of all services for our 2006 Avalon. We have been able to bring in our Avalon late in the evening, discuss what needs to be done, and then pick up the Avalon the next day at our convenience. We never were required to wait around for our car and it has always been ready when Mr. DelaCruz said it would be.
