Ray Lopez, Salesman is the most down to earth person that truly wants to help you & treats you like family. Denita Long-Kaiser, Finance is the best person who is so kind & gentle in making the finance experience go with ease. She truly treats you like family also & wants to help you with your present & future finance goals. They are the best team who work together seamlessly!!! This is the only place I purchase my vehicles from for years. Now my daughter does the same too.

I was able to find a car I love, my new 2019 Toyota C-HR, thanks to the wonderfully professional Mark "Moose" Hess and the DASH department! Moose was very attentive making sure I knew everything there was to know about the vehicle which made me confident in my decision. We were extremely impressed with Terrance Borthwell and his approach to customer satisfaction. I would give him 5 Stars for his treatment of us and the non-pressure approach. He helped my wife set up all the gadgets in the car and even seen us some internet links for more help. Thanks for all the help Terrance.

I love Camelback Toyota! Especially Mark Hess (Moose)!!! The engine on my old car had seized up. It was around 1pm and I needed another car fast as I had to head up to Flagstaff where I live and work by early evening. I called Moose and by the time I arrived he had several excellent used cars pulled up on his computer for me to look at when I arrived. We looked them over and decided to go out and look at a few. Ted Colter was excellent during our recent purchase experience. He communicated effectively when we asked ANY question. He was honest and open during the entire process. When the vehicle we wished to purchase was delayed due to the semi truck breaking down in LA--he made sure that we experienced as little inconvenience as possible. He ensured once the car arrived that it was detailed twice so that it was absolutely perfect. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family for future Toyota purchases!
