Chad Hatfield was so helpful. I live in California and planning to move to Arizona so I bought my car from Camelback Scion. Chad helped me from California to get everything I wanted on my XB. He is awesome. I would totally recomend Camelback Toyota because of Chad.
I was in Phoenix on a business trip,and finished up early one afternoon. I had been researching cars online and had some interest in Scion. After much research, I decided the xB was the car that best fit my needs. Chad was very patient and helpful even when the questions got tough! I have dealt with Camelback Scion twice now. The first time was a great experience on a 2006 Scion tC. So when it came time to get another new car, I never hesitated to go back there. This time I bought the new 2008 Scion xB. Just like the first, In and out very quickly, no hassles at all with the whole transaction. I am on my 24th car. Overall Myself and my wife had a really good time at this dealership. Even when we werent sure if we would get approved for my wifes car Chad was very staight forward with us and pretty honest. Didnt have any major problems or things that we were unsure about. Chad helped me out tremendously with my Tc by getting it put together the way i wanted all the way from Iraq. My experience was pretty much cut and dry. I had recieved a phone call that toyota had needed used vehicles. So i visited toyota i traded my truck for a scion ct. The gentelmen i worked with were all extremely nice and helpful, John even showed us his trip to spain. My only problem was the price i had recieved for my trade in. Kelley blue book quoted me at 16,199 and i recieved 13,000 for it. I only wish that the price would have been different. Thank you for your help and convenience.
My entire experience at Camelback Toyota was positive due to no pressure sales, friendly, knowledgable staff and a genuine desire to put me in the best vehicle for my needs and price range. I'd purchase another car there today if I could.
We have been looking for a 4-Door Yaris Sedan for about 3 weeks now. In my experience with other dealers (Right, Larry Miller, Bell, and Power), these guys cut the crap the quickest. In other words, once they found out that we were familiar with all the tricks and traps, they stopped trying it immediately and got down to business. We did not end up buying a car from them because they, like all the other Toyota dealers in town are attempting to sell a Yaris for MSRP or over. I reached out to this dealership for pricing on a vehicle and initially had a positive experience. However, after deciding to go with another dealer, I received an unprofessional and inappropriate text message that completely changed my impression of the dealership. I understand dealerships are competitive, but customers should not feel harassed or pressured after making a purchasing decision. Professionalism matters just as much as pricing.
