The dealership is nice. But, having 10+ people outside vulturing for the next vehicle to come in is a tad excessive. Thats not what people want to see right when they get out of their car.

The service advisor was excellent. I think it’s extremely poor business practice to add a 3% service charge for using a credit card, thus the lower score.
