My experience with Michael French was an amazing experience. He was kind, friendly and exciting. His knowledge and passion for his work is not found often so this must mean he works for a great company. There were two young men in the same area with Michael who also were extremely kind, I apologize for not knowing there names but I saw great customer service that you can feel not only see.

When Toyota,RAV4 was returned after service was performed - I noticed 2 days later that a tire valve stem nitrogen cap was missing. Small detail but all details are important. The valve stem nitrogen cap - has (NT) written on the top of the cap. It is my opinion that it was either not completely tightened or was forgotten on the Toyota t2ch work bench. I had to go to the local auto parts store to purchase different valve stems cap. Otherwise service performed was very satisfactory.
