I really like Toyota vehicles, and I love my car. I really like Toyota vehicles, and I love my car. However, it feels like the service department charges me more each time I go. That said, they do keep my car running at its best as long as I keep up with the maintenance costs. After each visit, I receive a coupon for a 15% discount on future services, although I wish it was a 50% discount! My favorite service advisor is Maurio—sorry if I'm spelling his name wrong; I know it sounds like Mario, but it’s not quite the same.
