Michelle was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. Tried her best to help me out as much as should could. Would definitely love to continue working with her every time my car needs work. I only wish the company would return to providing transportation rather than offering a discount. It was a nice service that made things less stressful when I didn't have to worry about arranging my own rides.
