The service team at Camelback is extraordinary!!! Had a unexpected engine failure leave me stranded and they worked with me to get my car in and taken care of. They were upfront and transparent about the cost and the likelihood of being able to save my engine after the severe overheating it had gone though and gave me all the information and help I needed to make the best decision for me. After decided not to continue with the repairs they even helped me get it loaded up to get it home .
I came in to service my car and had the pleasure of working with Titus. He was absolutely amazing, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend anyone needing their car serviced to ask for Titus. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!
Hey guys, Just want to note that I would never take my car to a dealership for maintenance as I am comfortable enough to work on my car regarding these jobs, and if I did need to fix anything major I would rather prefer a independent shop. Nonetheless, I took my car here as part of a warranty job. Which resulted in being pleasantly surprised as the service advisor was really informative and walked me through the process! I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. First, I want to give credit where it's due. Just got my oil change and service done at Toyota and I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, quick, and super professional. The whole team made the process easy, but I’ve gotta give a special shoutout to Cesar, my service advisor.
