Hey guys, Just want to note that I would never take my car to a dealership for maintenance as I am comfortable enough to work on my car regarding these jobs, and if I did need to fix anything major I would rather prefer a independent shop. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. First, I want to give credit where it's due. Just got my oil change and service done at Toyota and I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, quick, and super professional. The whole team made the process easy, but I’ve gotta give a special shoutout to Cesar, my service advisor. This is the worst toyota dealer I have been so far. The service was awful, Jaden and Damian the manager are just no reasonable people. I took my truck twice and they keep inventing that the issue with my truck are the tires even that I had replace them. Do not come to this dealer. Not recommended. I had a great experience with the service on my 2021 Tacoma. Michael Romero provided excellent customer service, was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was explained clearly. The work was completed on time, and my truck is running great. I truly appreciate the quality of service and would definitely recommend Camelback Toyota.
