Hey guys, Just want to note that I would never take my car to a dealership for maintenance as I am comfortable enough to work on my car regarding these jobs, and if I did need to fix anything major I would rather prefer a independent shop. Nonetheless, I took my car here as part of a warranty job. Which resulted in being pleasantly surprised as the service advisor was really informative and walked me through the process! I had a great experience with the service on my 2021 Tacoma. Michael Romero provided excellent customer service, was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was explained clearly. The work was completed on time, and my truck is running great. I truly appreciate the quality of service and would definitely recommend Camelback Toyota.
This place is such a scam. They always suggest you need to spend $8,000 EVERYTIME YOU GO!!! I don't trust anything they say. I basically have to go somewhere else to understand what my car actually needs. NEVER do what they ask you to do, they want your money not your trust.
This is the worst toyota dealer I have been so far. The service was awful, Jaden and Damian the manager are just no reasonable people. I took my truck twice and they keep inventing that the issue with my truck are the tires even that I had replace them. Do not come to this dealer. Not recommended. Brought my car in Tuesday morning for some recalls, ended up agreeing to some additional needed repairs. Dealer agent tells me it will be done by 4:30pm same day. 4:30 comes, no call, no text, ignores all my attempts to contact. I gave up on trying my agent's direct line and called the dealership. Every time I connected with someone, they asked who my agent was and just transferred me to them despite me insisting the guy wasn't answering his phone.
