2nd Time Leasing, Good Experience Lenny and Elisha were super helpful throughout our lease process. Lenny was very knowledgeable on the Subaru lineup and Elisha offered lots of guidance on the financial side. Lenny and Elisha were also very accommodating and patient since we had our 11 month son with us. My only compliant is that it feels like an old school buying experience ("Let me talk to my manager I'll see what we can do"). That still seems pretty standard in new car buying. low key, attentive, friendly Really had a pleasant visit that felt more like we were dealing with friends at a barbecue instead of your typical sales reps., etc. at a car lot. Our young sales rep Max A. was one of the best sales people I have ever had in twenty years of buying cars. He had a soft demeanor but was very knowledgeable. Excellent experience I had a great experience at this dealership. They were able to work with me on my budget and help narrow down my car choice. Kris and Mike were very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommended buying from this dealership.
This was the most comfortable car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Car buying for us is normally a very stressful experience, but not with Kris P. & Max A. They honored their advertisement and even gave us a bit better deal. They treated us fairly and honestly. GREAT TEAM AND A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH Todd, Frank, Darrek and Elisha were a pleasure to work not only are they a great team but they made the buying experience ALMOST PAINLESS. Additional praise to Elisha she was great explaiing the Subaru paperwork and the additional protection packages. PS she deserves a raise. Frank and Darrek went over and above to find my 2018 Outback from another dealer and MADE everything happen in a timely manner.
