Excellent Service, Straightforward Sales Team Michael Reiter provided straightforward, honest sales help in showing me Subaru vehicles (I wound up buying a new 2018 Forester). Satisfactory Deal Overall, I believe I got a fairly good deal on the purchase of a 2018 Passat R-line; it just took awhile. I was at dealership for almost 4 and half hours. We ended up doing a fair amount of negotiating, which was a bit of a surprise on a car that had a posted internet sales price. In the end, we were able to reach an agreement (and I would have been willing to walk away if it wasn't!).
My First VW I bought a 2019 Jetta S. I called Daniel McCoy from the dealership parking and he promptly got me with Elijah to start the transaction. Elijah was honest, kind, and professional in dealing with me. He did everything he could to expedite the process, due to my circumstances. Levi got me the best rate he could with very little assistance from Elisha. Overall, it was a great buying experience and look forward to meeting others in the VW family.
