Exceptional customer service The entire buying experience was exceptional. Every one who helped us was great especially Michael Cray. We didn’t feel like we’re being pushed to buy and were always asked what we need and expected.

Best car dealership buying experience Matthew deserves a 10 out of 10. Easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and an expert in providing great service. You don’t find too many salesman like him around these days. Very pleased with his service skills and satisfied with our purchase. Best experience everywhere!!! The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the GTI, and all the trim level differences. He knew things about the car a normal person should not know! I even went home to fact check the info and it was spot on. The GTI is the first VW I have bought, and it won't be the last. The staff was amazing and very friendly. I know that I will be buying my next GTI at camelback!

2nd Time Leasing, Good Experience Lenny and Elisha were super helpful throughout our lease process. Lenny was very knowledgeable on the Subaru lineup and Elisha offered lots of guidance on the financial side. Lenny and Elisha were also very accommodating and patient since we had our 11 month son with us. My only compliant is that it feels like an old school buying experience ("Let me talk to my manager I'll see what we can do"). That still seems pretty standard in new car buying. low key, attentive, friendly Really had a pleasant visit that felt more like we were dealing with friends at a barbecue instead of your typical sales reps., etc. at a car lot. Our young sales rep Max A. was one of the best sales people I have ever had in twenty years of buying cars. He had a soft demeanor but was very knowledgeable. This was the most comfortable car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Car buying for us is normally a very stressful experience, but not with Kris P. & Max A. They honored their advertisement and even gave us a bit better deal. They treated us fairly and honestly.
