its location is great
Texts from staff to check in with us during our stay was very thoughtful. Easy to get fresh towels as needed. FAST elevators so room on 28th floor was no problem. Good coffee. One of the quietest rooms we’ve ever had-even next to the elevator. Never heard voices, water running or flushing, doors closing. This place must be really sound proofed! Even double windows blocked out city noise. Easy walk to Times Square but away from the crowds. Easy walk to Hells Kitchen restaurants and taverns. As others mentioned, this is a sect... read more
The gentleman at reception was great and the coffee good
Room wasn’t ready until 330pm which was fine. The room appeared clean. Then I discovered the carpet near the AC was damp. Also the sheets on the bed were damp. Otherwise everything was ok. I would return as long as they dry their sheets completely.
