Very convenient to many restaurants, bakeries. Great to have a kitchen in room.

Hotel incrível, ótimo recomendo a todos, 4 minutos andando para times Square, várias lojas de lanche almoço, quarto amplo, ar condicionado gelando perfeitamente, dentro do quarto tem uma cozinha super completinha, que dá para preparar as refeições, geladeira grande com freezer! Uns dos melhores hotéis de Nova Iorque ! Voltaria mil vezes aqui !
For the amount of money for one night, there should have been more amenities and both of the elevators should have worked.
On 24th floor (room 2405), room and bathroom were clean, decent size and renovated fairly recently, comfortable bed, nice view, AC worked well, good water pressure, all Kitchen applinaces worked, desk space, decent internet, location good. The only problem was the elevator. Of the two elevators one was not working, so we often hat to wait 5 - 10 min. for the elevator to arrive. There is a safe in the room, but it is not fixed to the wall.
One elevator was out of service. Room AC was noisy.
I enjoyed the custom service and how easy it was to walk and find things.
