Le personnel à l'accueil est gentil. La chambre était propre et d'une bonne grandeur. La cuisinette contenait tout ce que j'avais besoin. Tout fonctionnait très bien(air climatisée, micro-ondes, cafetière). Je recommande cet hôtel pour le prix et la situation. Endroit sécuritaire. C'est mon choix dès que je retournerai à New York.
O hotel tem estrutura boa, o quarto tem tamanho bom, fiquei por 9 noites com minha mãe, e serviu muito bem. Tem espaço bom para abrir malas, e se alimentar com conforto. Existem utensílios básicos, e o banheiro tem bom tamanho. O rapaz que fica na recepção, Roberto, é extremamente atencioso e cordial. Fala ingles e espanhol. O hotel oferece agua e chocolate quente a todo momento. Falta só fazer meu estorno, fiz o checkout no hotel dia 29 e ate hoje não foi feito. Ja mandei e-mail, mas não me responderam. a taxa é de 100$.
We loved our first stay at the Candlewood Suites. Our queen studio suite room was perfect, very spacious, comfortable bed, great shower & huge TV. We loved having the kitchen facilities and the good sized shampoo, conditioner, jbody wash, hand wash & body lotion was a huge plus, thank you. We weren’t bothered by cleaners coming in every day, which was great. Our room had a city view, which consisted of, amongst other buildings, the top of the Empire State building! Generally very nice.
Good place to stay, but the zone around is very dirty, not the hotel fault, but just to be aware.
Mattress, pillows and linen were high quality and very comfortable. Staff stayed in touch daily and ready to address any needs
