The sales team was great from begging to end. The finance guy used creative ways to make the numbers work for me, and the service department was awesome. I even bought 2 vehicles 😎 I would highly recommend Erika if your looking for a nice vehicle that fits you.

Personally, do not recommend! My partner bought a car from here and it started having problems (that we were not told about) immediately after he drove off the lot! They detailed it right before he bought it and the seats were still soaking wet from them using too much product. We also said multiple times that the car was HIS and that I was just a co-signer, and they put the car in my name as the owner. They make you write the Google review as you’re sitting there in front of them, before you drive off with the vehicle, maki... read more

2014 Cherokee update. After speaking with a a couple people at candy cars about the problems with the car I was asked to give a few days for them to correct the issues I was having and they were very understanding. My fees and expenses were covered and everything was taken care of so I was very appreciative of that. My only complaint is despite asking me if it was ok to test drive the car extensively after completion, the service manager STILL wasn’t able to get one of their techs to test drive my car after to ensure my or... read more

I would not recommend going there. The people there can't comprehend anything. Had some sales consultant by the name of Kaden message me about my car. Sales people bother you even when you're not buying anything from them. I told him to reread my listing because it specifically says for anybody associated with a dealership to not inquire. He tried to continue the conversation as if I was going to waste my time going to a used car dealership a lot further than any located by me. If they can't take a minute to read a simple pa... read more

Customer service could be improved. The salesman went straight to the table while I was slowly moving over on my crutches. Rushed me through the process and then when I asked for a card because my fiance might be interested he said he didn't have one and walked away. I think I'm going to go back to another place where I'm treated like a person.

This dealership will lead you astray. Do not purchase from them. The "finance manager" will ask you for a deposit after u come in and tell them that you need to think about the car. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing that they lie to people. One person will tell you a car just came on the lot and another person will tell you that it's been sitting there and you are getting it at wholesale pricing-nothing but lies! They tell you about their DMV rating- they are the next phone call I am going to make. Please don't g... read more

Toward the end of the sales pitch, a "financial manager" came over to "see how the sales person" had done on their pitch. He asked for money to hold the vehicle that we had just seen even after we had told them that we still needed to think about it. When we told him we were not going to give him money today, he told us the car had been on the lot for a long time and they were looking to move it. We left and called afterward because Tony, the sales person, had told us the vehicle (which had dog hair all in it and marks ev... read more
