The sales team was great from begging to end. The finance guy used creative ways to make the numbers work for me, and the service department was awesome. I even bought 2 vehicles 😎 I would highly recommend Erika if your looking for a nice vehicle that fits you.

I brought my vehicle in at least 3 times for warranty work stating there was an engine coolant smell in the cab. They were "unable" to fix the problem. After taking it to a competent mechanic I was told it was the heater core and that it would cost around $3,000 to fix. Not to mention other than that there are 42 pages of Service work they performed on that vehicle in the 3 years I owned it. It was in their shop more times than I can count and even the engine blew. Wasted my time not once, not twice, but three times now getting repairs on a vehicle I purchased from them. Service department and office is a joke and so is calling their email "wecare".

Bought a polestar 2 with 36000 miles. Sales person told me it had 300 miles for a full charge and i find out it only has 200 and i barely even get that. I get maybe 100 miles before i have to charge it again. Customer service wasn’t bad though just feel like they should know more about their vehicles.

My family and I walked into candy cars to inquire about a car. and as we stood in the lobby, 4 people looked at us and never greeted us in anyway. One man was at his desk on his phone. stared us right in the face and turned back around. The man at the desk next to him walked up and passed us to the bathroom. and 2 other people who were helping a man, looked at us as they walked by and never said hello or I'll be with you momentarily. Personally, do not recommend! My partner bought a car from here and it started having problems (that we were not told about) immediately after he drove off the lot! They detailed it right before he bought it and the seats were still soaking wet from them using too much product. We also said multiple times that the car was HIS and that I was just a co-signer, and they put the car in my name as the owner. 2014 Cherokee update. After speaking with a a couple people at candy cars about the problems with the car I was asked to give a few days for them to correct the issues I was having and they were very understanding. My fees and expenses were covered and everything was taken care of so I was very appreciative of that.
