I literally took my dog Blue here when he was a puppy for his required shots and microchip...I called for his records as I was moving towns and needed them to switch to a vet that was closer to me. They proceeded to look up my name and send me a incorrect record of someone else's FEMALE dog. When I told them they had emailed me the incorrect medical records they informEd me they have no records under my name or my family members named with a husky or a dog named Blue and that they never have had seen my dog as a patient here... read more

I brought my dog here first thing in the morning for a simple xray. They left her in a crate for 8 hours after I told them she hated the crate. They drugged her beyond being able to walk on her own. Did not recover her so much as to getting her out to pee. I jad to carry her up 3 floors and she peed all over me as I was putting her down. Awful customer service. Called 10x a day for 3 straight days in order to simply make appointment with messages left and NO RESPONSE/NO CALL BACK. Never bringing my pet here again.

Very unhappy with this clinic since Dr. B sold. Not at all the same place. Staff are downright rude, doctors are not at all impressive and it's just about the $ and not what is best for my pet. This is the second bad judgment call by a vet at this practice. My own vet agreed! Another competing clinic with the same hours would be ideal in the area. Eliminate the snippy staff and the not so know-it-all doctors would have a check-up themselves. Won't go back.
For my cat people...I have a half feral cat named Casper (because she is often hiding.) Casper needs some teeth pulled according to the cat vet who saw her in Colorado. She doesn't eat much and has completely quit caring for herself. She has become very dirty. This all goes back to needing some teeth pulled. I can't pick Casper up to put her in a carrier unless she is medicated with something to relax her. I learned this the hard way. I will not even try to pick her up again unless she is medicated. Many on the staff are rude and some doctors think they know what's best for my dog when they only see him occasionally. Worse still when my dog needed teeth extracted they treated him so poorly that I hate going there. For people for care for animals they need to show a lot more compassion in my opinion.

After bringing our precious kitten to Dr. Scott because we were worried about her being lethargic and her belly rapidly expanding, we were told not to worry as she probably had common infection so we were given antibiotics to take home with us. This was after we watched the vet technician shove a thermometer (pretty rudely) up our kittens backside in front of us. If I could give less than one star I would, extremely rude and unprofessional, and discriminatory place, lack of compassion and customer service, waiting room is filthy and stinky, dogs are bothering cats, there is no separate area for cats. The service prices unreasonably high and treatment plans were generic and wrong, dental work for cat equal to a mortgage payment, didn't help my cats at all so as a result we never be back, good luck

Very, very disappointing customer service which has resulted in my decision to seek veterinary care elsewhere. I left my credit card behind after paying for the visits for my pets and the front desk never reached out to let me know. Since it was a credit card that I rarely used, I didn't notice that it was missing for 3 weeks.
