Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this Vet. I brought my puppy in to them because it was close by, & looked like a well run business. Well I was mistaken the woman at the front desk are very rude, and they try screwing there customers. I scheduled to get my dog fixed in Dec. to have her fixed in 2 months. Because she wasnt old enoughuntil Feb. They gave me a written estimate for $350, and then when we went to pick puppy up after surgery they say it was $475. A couple of years ago, I brought my cat in who had a 5 in gash in her hind leg. It took the vet 7 hours to get around to getting her stitched up. The second experience I had with them was last week. We adopted a 1 year old cat from the Canton Animal Shelter who was brought in for shots and to get neutered. The cat suffered brain damage during the surgery and had to be put to sleep. Although this is a great facility and has some excellent services available I will never bring my pet back to them. The owner and operator Dr. Paul Andreani shows no compassion or feeling when dealing with sick animals and overwhelmed owners. He is easily annoyed (and doesn't hide it) and doesn't seem to like animals much.
