I began to see Dr. Schaack right after he began practice here. The entire staff is pleasant, helpful and have answered every question I have had. As others have said, they explain what is needed and as they work, continue to explain the procedures. I thought I was doing okay before receiving their care, but I can tell how much better my dental conditions have become in the last year. Dr. Shaack was really good about explaining every movement and why he was doing it. I have never had a dentist to talk during each procedure. I had an old crown removed (he told me why this had to be done) and a temporary placed. Also, he did a filling on the opposite side of my mouth. Both of these procedures were totally 'pain free'. A side note: I could hear him examining a small child in another room and his manner was so kind and pleasing to her, she actually laughed! What a great dentist for children!!
