Recently I accidentally mistook an accidental purchase from my father as a fraudulent charge and requested my card to be froze. The customer service and processes have been so streamlined and very easy without pain. Getting my card froze was easy and quick, and getting it unfroze was secure yet painless and fast. I would like to thank the service rep Carissa who was very kind and quick to help me! thank you guys!

When we came to Canyon View, we didn't look for Alyson. They wanted us to do online but I have financed at least 3 times with Canyon View (Ufirst, UofU credit union) and for my daughter's first home purchase, I wanted her to experience this in person. So I explain this to the credit union and next thing I know, I have a call from Alyson. Shout out to Camille Romine! She is the Branch Manager at the University location. She is professional, always greets me by name and goes above and beyond with any questions and services I request! I go to this location just to say "Hi" to Camille. Great customer service!

I recently opened an account at CVCU's brickyard location. Oakleigh helped me and was amazing! She was personable, friendly, went above and beyond in helping me open an account and work with the loan division. She also called me a few times after to see if I had any questions. She was great! I found CVCU as a result of applying for a vehicle loan at a dealership. CVCU had the lowest rate at 5,64%. I ended up not going through the dealership, but buying from a private seller. I had the pleasure of going to the U first credit union on 13th E. in Salt Lake City, Utah the Brickyard location. Michelle, the bank manager and Oakley the account executive were so incredibly helpful with a rather delicate and relatively new and difficult account to open. my son receives SSI and there was back payments enough to have warranted a dedicated payee account. if anyone knows about these, the rules are very difficult. UFirst credit Union has been my bank since I was a child. My dad had set up an account up for me, and I have used it into adulthood. I have always had positive experiences at this location. They helped me purchase my first car, my first house, and kept my money safely in my bank account. The app is easy to use and straightforward. Every employee that I've worked with has been super helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean and organized. I have even recommended this credit union to friends, family, and loved ones.

I went there with a friend of mine yesterday, my friend is over 80 years old and Jake was great! Very patient to answer all the questions my friend had; great guy, great service, very happy!!!
