The estimation process was clear and within what 'worked for us'. The estimates were accurate, clear and easy to understand. Capital has excellent expertise in dealing with our Historical Commission and process and the work we've had done was according to Historical standards not to mention high quality....
We were really happy with them. They were very responsive to our needs and finished the work that we needed done very quickly.
Dave is very professional as are all of his sub contractors. Communication is excellent and you're never left in the dark as to when the job will be completed or what the next step needs to take place.

To be honest, they really didn't fall short. They did a substantial job for us - replacing siding and I found the whole experience to be great! I got stressed a couple of times but this was not on Capital Construction in fact they calmed me down, it had more to do with difficult neighbors!
