I don't think I would recommend. There are local companies that would have more pride in the complete job.
Job completed in October. In December, parts were see to have fallen off. Support pieces under the bottom horizontal rails and the collars around the posts (where the post meets the decking) broken and falling off. Called Dec. 18, was told "a crew will there tomorrow". Currently Jan 6, no crew, no call or update. Having the deck falling apart after only 2 months is very disappointing considering the price we paid. Quality or workmanship and over priced.
Would recommend based on quality of product (siding). Communication needs improvement ie: in laymens terms just what is involved in the project. What am i getting for my money (big investment).
What I can honestly say, is, in terms of requesting their services, meeting with them, and picking out the product, all went very well. In terms of the time line of them coming out to get the work done, that also went well. The issue I have with them is that they caused damage to my home when installing the siding, and they have been made aware of the damage they have caused, and I have gotten the run around from them on correcting it. Over priced
Installed product wasn’t what sales person represented and put in contact
Capital Construction installed a simple set of outdoor stairs and small deck at top of landing. Overall, the end product was fine. However, it was very expensive and we were disappointed in what we thought we were going to get, after initially discussing with salesperson, and what was ultimately installed.
There are some issues I had; the build itself was good, but there are other issues.
