Sadly NO. jury is out until the remainder of the job is finished -- see comments below. I was very enthusiastic about Capital when I first met the sales rep and in first weeks afterwards. then it became one screw up after another

Communication is severely lacking. I was also harassed about paying my bill. Following through with what they said they would do to finish the job. Extremely disappointed with this company. Multiple unreturned phone calls

I originally gave a very positive review when they finished as they did finish in two weeks and did not leave job to do another job. However after completion, salesman never came back for final checkup and discusion of the warranties. I called a few times but same as buying a car, once the project is done, they don't care. The construction crew as great, the office not so much.

The entire process was positive. From sales thru roof completion and follow up Capital was accessible, responsive, did quality work, explained what they were doing, and kept us apprised of progress.

I will not recommend this company. The salesman that I worked with was pushy and aggressive. He called me while I was driving or out to dinner. I told him several times that I couldn’t talk at the moment and he persisted. He kept throwing more and more discounts my way. I got so tired of talking to him I just said , “fine let’s do this deck”. The time frame he gave me was 3-5 days with a crew of 3-5 guys. My experience with Capital Construction has been mixed: some issues with their sub-contractor for gutters. Did a terrible job and their largest mistake has not been fixed yet. What is worse: the mistake is on the front of the house. I might not have made an issue of it if it was on the back of the house; but it isn't. I can't say enough good things about the job supervisor John (usually called Jay) Avagianos; He was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond what I had expected. They should give him a raise!
