I have been purchasing flooring from this store since 1997. This time I ordered 900 square ft of flooring for all three bedrooms for our new condo. The floor was installed as promised and the completed job was great. Installers were very professional and with great workmanship.
Alan is an excellent manager. There was a problem with my carpet and he got it resolved with great customer service. Installer John and assistant are the best I ever had. They were so organized and efficient and cleaned up very well.
Very happy with the look and feel of our new vinyl floors which look like stone. Had baseboard replaced throughout the whole house & it looks terrific. Customer service was excellent.
