My experience was excellent!!! Barbie was so helpful and patient in choosing my new floor. When visiting the store her and Nick are always so friendly. Juan, Edgar and the entire installation team were always on time and friendly. They take such pride in their work. Just like it was their own home. I wish I had more floors for this entire team to do. Highly recommend them!!!!!
Kevin helped us pick the right carpet for our rooms. About a week later the measuring people came out and did a precise job in a short amount of time. A few weeks later the carpet was installed. The installers were wonderful. They moved furniture, torn out the old carpet and padding, hauled it to their truck, cleaned the floor and installed new padding and carpeting, then put the furniture back. They were through, precise, and left everything clean. Capital is a great company to do business with.
I was extremely happy with the sales and service and installation by both Nick DeLoreto who handled my account, and Luis and his crew who installed the carpet. They were clean, neat and did an amazing job! I would recommend Capitol Carpet and Nick to neighbors and friends!
Excellent job! Hard-working guys, and very nice. Our floor has very irregular angles, and they laid it perfectly. They did the little extra things, such as installing the floor around the stair posts to get a finished look.
