Our overall experience was outstanding. We wanted an area rug, but couldn't find anything we liked. We knew we could choose carpet and have it cut and bound. Capitol Carpet has a huge selection. Our sales person, Barbie, was very helpful and we took home samples. Everyone in the store was very helpful and there was no pressure. We chose a beautiful carpet and they made it the exact size we needed and bound it perfectly. We needed a pad under the carpet. Installation techs showed up on time, Installation was done very quickly. Inspected install and was very satisfied.

We recently purchased a custom order area carpet for our living room. All of the sales staff were helpful and professional. They supplied us with multiple samples to take home so we could view the colors in our home. The rug was ready much sooner than we expected, which was wonderful. The deliver and laying of the rug was done beautifully! We highly recommend Capitol Carpet!
