A1 Customer Service First off I want to say anybody looking for a vehicle needs to come to Capitol Chevrolet. The staff is amazing and my experience was smooth and transparent . Joseph llanos went above and beyond to show me vehicles that I was looking for. He introduced me to the service department a few of his managers even showed me how to check my oil life from my phone. Satisfaction After searching weeks for the perfect vehicle; I went to Capitol Chevrolet. Joseph greeted me and advised me that he was there to assist me whenever I was ready. Like Family I bought a Silverado LIZ from Joseph Llanos. My brother had told me to ask for this cat, said he is honest and not pushy. He purchased a Tahoe from him 2 months ago. Excellent repair and customer service Set up appointment for one day repair in an out! Took sixteen days to get on schedule everything work out just as planned. Brought it in at 0815hrs service tech Matt, set me up with ride home and called me at 4pm to say it's ready! Only close call was normal shuttle driver Manny goes home at 4pm. I thought this would be a problem for someone to pick me up. My new Truck Phillip Ahearn was a great sale consultant. He went over options on the truck and showed me different trucks with the options I was looking at for my truck. Phillip wanted to make sure I got what I wanted on my truck.
