Love my Chevy Went to capital Chevy just looking and Colby Joyner my salesman had the best customer service and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. Satisfied Jesse Woods is the most caring salesman I have ever dealt with. He cares for the dealership but especially helps the customer in providing help in choosing a vehicle. He is not pushy and gives you time to look and choose the vehicle that best meets your needs. In the finance area Mr. Vaughn Granger Baldwin is very helpful and a very nice person.
Quick and easy ! Transaction was easy and quick as such dealings should be once a vehicle has been chosen. Greg Freeman(Internet sales), and Charlie in finance answered all our questions and made us feel completely at ease.

Fantastic Service While traveling from Chicago,the air deflector cracked on my 2010 Buick. Being a stranger,I didn't know where to have it repaired. Searching the internet,I found Capitol. To me,this turned out to be a miracle because they had only one deflector in stock for a Buick. Service rep.,Casey Luna was fantastic. He was most pleasant,and efficient. My car was repaired within the time Casey stated and the cost was most reasonable including labor. Great experience. S.Grauer
