Excellent Service Joseph Llano provided me with an excellent service on helping me choose the car that I liked. He was promt, helpful, and knowledgeable on what he does. I had a really bad experience with another dealership, but Joseph made this experience a lot better. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Great service and super friendly As a customer The first thing i look for is friendliness, cause if their not friendly or don't respect you why would you want to deal with them right? Great Salesman I recently purchased a vehicle at Capitol Chevrolet and my experience was by far the best I've ever had. My salesman Joseph was the reason I chose to buy. He was not pushy and actually listened to what I needed in a vehicle. He was very professional and I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a vehicle to go see him at Capitol.

A step above the rest Couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Capitol! I have been to nearly EVERY big dealership in Austin and not one can hold a match to these guys! Great service by a very responsive and corteous salesperson I bought a pre-owned Toyota SUV from Capital Chevrolet and could not have expected any better service than what was provided to me. I drove from Dallas to Austin to buy this car and the salesperson, Gary Trussel, was very professional and forthcoming. Purchase of 2015 Tahoe Was in market for new Tahoe to replace my 2007 that was showing its age. Went to several dealers and had almost committed to one dealer but called Capitol and talked with Davis Bashman; I had had contact with him about 3 months earlier when was scouting out new Tahoe's. A pleasant experience I went in, pretty much knowing what I wanted (a 2014 Cruze) but still had questions/concerns. After a few short minutes, my sales representative put my concerns at ease - Service was quick, professional, courteous and I left with pretty much everything I wanted. I also received a follow up call and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Chevrolet.

Great service Like a lot of other people my Chevy Spark had a recent recall. But the team here ensured that the issue was resolved within only one day. From Lisa Daly having a shuttle to get me back to work, to both Jesse Vega and Randy Porter ensuring the job got done by day's end, the service was great. Couldn't have been better, highly recommended!
