This was my first time to take my Chevrolet Silverado in for service after buying it at Capitol Chevrolet over a year ago. My experience with the sales staff was not the best I'd ever had buying a new vehicle in Austin, so I was reluctant to come back for service. I was most pleasantly surprised with the ease of making an appointment for my service and being able to wait in their new, comfortable and inviting waiting area (or to get a ride to work). John was very instrumental in my recent purchase of a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ. There was no pressure in the sales process and the products and choices available seemed unlimited. The new 2014 Silverado's are very different from the models of the past. After driving the one I purchased, I knew that I had to have the new model. Capitol Chevrolet worked with us on getting the vehicle we wanted. This included where the vehicle was, when they were going to get it, when they returned etc. We appreciated the fact that Robert made sure we were happy and took the time to explain the features on the vehicle and how they operated. He made sure we would come back or call him if there were any problems or questions. Sid made sure we understood the paper work and received the warranties etc. that pertained to us. I really think David Basham and his fellow associates went out of their way to sell me a new vehicle. He called me at home when I was leaving to go to another dealer. Through his great effort I changed my mind and drove across town to see him. I can say I am glad he talked me to into going to Capitol Chevy.
