First off I would like to say this was my first time buying a vehicle. The experience I had was excellent. I purchased my 2014 Malibu from Greg Freeman. He was nice, reassuring and patient. The process of buying my car went very smoothly, and I walked out of Capitol Chevrolet a very happy new car owner.

AWESOME service! It was nice to be able to start the process online. It is so annoying to be handed a piece of paper that has been copied so many times that it is distorted, and being asked to hand write a ton of information in tiny little spaces. The prompt phone call after submitting the online information was also nice. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I would like to Thank Frank for having the patience on dealing with me. From the start I let him know exactly what I was looking for. He understood that I was a very busy mother. He asked all the right questions on trying to find the vehicle for me. I ended up with the 2014 Chevrolet Traverse with only 4,000 miles on it !!!
