Internet Sales - Outstanding My wife and I were in the market for a slightly used Ford Explorer. Capitol Chevrolet actually had one. David Basham was very prompt with his return call. Best experience in 20 years of buying cars. David B. was the best sales person to deal with. He had approval for a loan and the car I asked about on Truecar.com before I even got to the dealership.
