Friendly receptionist, helpful nurse. Doctor Singe administered my shot in a new way with less pain, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The Springfld office “Rocks!!!”

Made an appointment for a blood test for my medication but they tried to get me to do a physical which I refused & then was told that if I didn’t do a full physical & come every 3 months for a blood test then I wouldn’t b able to get my medication anymore which is ridiculous. Will b going somewhere else if that is really the case. Not right.

Experience with you guys is almost always excellent, but I saw pain management doc and forgot to ask for a script. Called and asked him to phone it in and rec’d no response. Called again this morning and still no response. Not a good way to keep up patient relationships.

Dr. Singh’s expanded hours really seem to have helped his scheduling. He’s a compassionate man, who really seems to just want people to feel better. Having said that about my most recent visit, I should add that the internal changes made to Care Station as a whole, have provided a much better patient experience.

I selected this group as my primary care physician (PCP) because of their convenient hours and locations. However, you can never get an actual physician to call you back. I waited 4 days and never received a requested call back. If you're looking for follow-ups and consistent correspondence as you would get would a PCP, look elsewhere.
