What You’ll Do
Birdeye is hiring a Manager – GTM Systems & Engineering to design, configure, and optimize our Go-to-Market (GTM) technology stack across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Operations. This role blends strategic operations with hands-on GTM engineering: configuring and integrating systems such as Clay, Scout, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Nooks, and Gong, while introducing AI-driven capabilities through prompt engineering to drive adoption, efficiency, and ROI. You will work horizontally across all GTM functions, partnering closely with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and CS Ops to scale processes, ensure data integrity, and maximize the impact of our GTM tools.
Responsibilities
GTM Engineering & Tool Configuration
- Configure, integrate, and optimize tools like Clay, Scout, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Nooks, Gong, LeanData, Zapier, and future GTM platforms.
- Build and maintain AI-based automations and workflows, including prompt engineering for generative-AI-enabled tools.
Tech Stack Ownership
- Maintain a centralized inventory of all GTM systems with details such as license counts, renewal dates, IT and functional owners.
- Monitor usage and user hierarchy in Salesforce and all connected tools to ensure accurate reporting and data quality.
- Identify inactive or redundant licenses and optimize allocation.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Lead relationships with vendor CSMs, schedule governance meetings, and coordinate feature rollouts and trainings.
- Track renewal dates, pricing, and key contract terms; flag risks or opportunities in advance.
Process Improvement & Analytics
- Seek synergies across systems to reduce spend and improve efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights through regular reporting and dashboards; support cross- functional GTM teams with analytical projects.
Innovation & Best Practices
- Stay current with the GTM technology landscape and recommend new tools or AI capabilities to enhance Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operations.
requirements
- 5–10 years of experience managing or engineering GTM systems in a SaaS or high- growth environment.
- Hands-on admin-level expertise with Salesforce and key GTM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Nooks, Gong).
- Practical experience configuring or integrating Clay, Scout, or similar automation platforms.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or creating/optimizing prompts for AI-driven tools.
- Strong project/program management skills and ability to work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and CS Operations.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- This role is ideal for a GTM technologist who thrives on partnering across all revenue functions to blend strategic operations with hands-on engineering and emerging AI technologies.
